Recycle it Global (RIG) is proud to announce the appointment of Graham Smith as our Non-Executive Director.

Graham brings over 25 years of experience in global finance, investment, and leadership, having held senior positions with Citigroup, UniCredit Bank AG, and Trafalgar Capital. He co-founded Instructus Markets Ltd, providing capital markets advisory and training to blue-chip clients such as Sega, Equinix, Bloomberg, and Deutsche Börse. For 10 years Graham was Head of Execution and most recently, Head of ECM at UK Mid-Cap banking specialist Panmure Liberum.

His distinguished career includes roles as Managing Director and Global Head of Cash Equity Trading at UniCredit Bank AG, and Head of European Cash Trading at Citigroup, where he led international teams across major financial centres and developed multi-million-pound investment strategies.

Graham currently sits on the advisory board of Cornish based hedge fund Kernow Asset Management, has served as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor at Mylor Ventures, supporting innovative businesses through growth and investment, and as a Governor at St Ives Technical College, reflecting his passion for education and community development.

Graham’s appointment strengthens RIG’s strategic direction as we enter an exciting new phase of expansion, scaling our operations, developing our port facility, and continuing to lead the way in transforming CDE, Commercial & Holiday Let waste into sustainable, high-quality materials.
