RIG Corp Ltd appoints Dorian Nicholas as Chief Financial Officer
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dorian Nicholas ACMA as Chief Financial Officer at RIG Corp Ltd.
Dorian brings more than two decades of senior finance, retail, FMCG, technology and strategy experience, with a career spanning major blue-chip organisations, private equity-backed businesses and high-growth SMEs. His appointment brings an important depth of financial leadership, governance capability, capital markets experience and commercial insight to RIG as the Group moves into its next phase of growth.
A CIMA-qualified finance leader, Dorian has operated at board and executive level across the UK, US and Europe, with significant experience in strategic financial planning, restructuring, capital raising, investor engagement, mergers and acquisitions, investment appraisal, governance and operational transformation.
Most recently, Dorian served as Director of Finance to a private equity-backed European FMCG business, where he led the UK finance function and played a key role in delivering a major capital refinancing programme to support acquisitions and strategic investment.
Prior to this, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at a SaaS technology business operating across the UK and United States, where he worked directly alongside the CEO and board, overseeing financial strategy, forecasting, treasury, investor engagement and future funding requirements.
Dorian brings substantial senior finance leadership experience, having held director-level roles across finance, planning, investment appraisal, management accounting and commercial performance. He has led large finance teams, supported board-level decision making, overseen budgeting, reporting and analytics, and helped drive operational efficiency and supply chain transformation.
